Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I have my home or business cleaned?

We recommend scheduling a cleaning at least once a week to maintain neatness. However, bi-weekly cleanings would be our minimum recommendation.

Will you always send the same workers to my home or business?

We will always try to keep the same cleaners in your home for every visit. If anything changes, someone will reach out to notify you, or reschedule your appointment if necessary.

Do I have to be home when the cleaners are there?

You do not have to be home while the Cleaners are there, you simply submit a key and authorization form. However if anyone is home during the visit, we request that the person be at least 18 years of age.

How do I pay for my cleanings, and can I leave a Tip?

You can place a card on file that is billed once we complete your cleaning, or you can pay with card or check at the end of your service. If you would like to leave a Cash Tip please advise the owner to avoid any conflict.

What if I have Pets?

Please make sure your Pets are comfortable during our visits. Place them in a cage or a room to prevent them from being scared by loud noises and getting into cleaning products.

Do I have to sign a contract?

When you sign up for reoccurring cleanings you will be issued an agreement, that outlines both parties expectations, as well as the terms of the agreement. If you are getting cleaning services on a as needed basis you will sign an agreement for that day once service is complete.

What does Bonded and Insured mean?
